Customer Service Administartor

Blue Arrow is looking for a Customer Service Administrator to work for our Global leading client based in Droylsden, this role is to cover maternity leave and is initially for 6 months but may be extended.
Hours & days of work are Mon - Thur 8.30am - 5pm, Fri 8.30am - 4.30pmFree parking on site
Rate of pay is between £11.00 / £11.50 per hour depending on experience.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Providing customers with the appropriate information & pricing to win the hire.
- Keeping the Sales team involved with updates, opportunities & potential issues.
- Overseeing any problems regarding deliveries & collections ensuring we resolve in a timely manner and use the escalation process where necessary.
- Keep open communication with the drivers.
- Working with the service department so that stock requirements/peaks are understood and communicated
- Escalating any potential issues to the management team.
- Giving customers clear expectations
- Communicating any issues to the sales team and implants
- Ensure high standards of customer service are met, delivered, and taking responsibility for the start of the customer journey.
- To deliver best in class customer service.
