Your Opportunity: Join a reputable provider and installer of residential and commercial flooring solutions in the North West. We are currently on the lookout for a diligent and skilled Administrative Coordinator for our Droylsden office. This position offers more than just employment; it presents a pathway to grow within a vibrant industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage administrative duties including the processing of payments.
- Support sales initiatives and assist the sales team.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and respond to client inquiries.
- Maintain precise records and documentation.
- Facilitate seamless office operations and provide support to management as required.
Qualifications:
- Background in administration, sales, or customer service.
- Excellent communication abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in computer applications, particularly Excel.
- Outgoing and personable demeanor.
- Familiarity with MS Office; knowledge of CRM software is advantageous.
Benefits:
- 20 days of annual leave plus public holidays.

- Competitive base salary of £25,000.
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
