The Lounge family is growing We are looking for an expert in performance marketing who is passionate and self-motivated, with a strong analytical and strategic way of thinking.

Someone who has first-hand experience of planning, strategising and executing paid social media campaigns, as well as reporting on performance.


With the nature of the role and our brand, we are looking for someone who is a data driven, analytical and collaborative individual.

Someone who is well-versed in the principles of Paid Media Advertising and comfortable working with large budgets.

You will be responsible for ensuring we constantly optimise our efforts in order to drive revenue and help innovative our approach to advertising.


As the team grows, you'll have the opportunity to grow too You will be able to shape our creative direction, lead our talented Paid Media team and help build out any business processes that come with Lounge's ambitious growth.


What you will do at Lounge:

  • Develop and adapt Lounge's performance marketing strategy and ensure alignment with business objectives and sales forecasts.
  • Continue to drive a culture of test and learn across data, media, proposition and creativity to drive continuous learning and performance.
  • Manage, mentor and inspire the Paid Social Media team.
  • Leading in strategy planning, implementation and optimisation of paid media campaigns to maximise the performance of all channels.
  • Responsible for daytoday and campaign social budget management and delivering set objectives, revenue and ROI targets.
  • Provide accountable recommendations and clear insights on Paid Media performance.
  • Create engaging localised ad copy, target relevant audiences and analyse keywords to ensure that key insights are incorporated in activity.
  • Monitor industry trends and updates to be able to report back on insights to the wider business.
  • Liaising with Brand and inhouse Creative team to develop compelling creative assets designed to resonate with the campaign target audience.

We would love it if you:

  • A strategic thinker, who can test new ideas, but also be comfortable being on top of the day-to-day delivery.
  • Proven experience in leading Paid Social Media strategy with large budgets in house or within an agency.
  • Comfortable and have experience with managing large budgets.
  • Excellent communication skills and good at expressing reasoning and recommendations.
  • Very confident in Excel, GA, and attribution with strong data analysis skills.
  • Have the ability to report on and measure Paid Media activity against a forecast.
