Job details:
Shift
  • Monday to Friday
, 1200 to 2000 with a 30 minute UNPAID break daily.

Salary:
£11.00 per hour

Contract Type:
Temporary - Ongoing

The Criteria & Benefits:

  • Immediate start available.
  • Pre-Brief and De-Brief up to 100 drivers.
  • Warehouse work will be allocated when quiet
  • Prepare driver packs, invoice paperwork and store keys to drivers starting their shifts.
  • To escalate any delivery issues to the Transport Coordinators and/or Shift Managers.
  • Ensure the rota is maintained, updating with driver(s) names, route departure times etc.
  • Maintain store keys and ensure their safe and secure storage at all times.
  • To raise PO's for the department for any rental's or repairs.
  • Maintain and be responsible for any databases for the department, including scanning and filing.

Knowledge & Experience:

  • Strong administration background
  • Strong IT skills, especially Word, Outlook and Excel.
  • Experience in a customer facing/reception role would be ideal.
