Job Title: Transport Administrator

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transport Administrator to join our team at Pertemps. As a key member of our logistics department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth delivery and collection of vehicles within our organization.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Assist the Transport Managers in administrative duties, including maintenance of spreadsheets and raising purchase orders.
* Support the Transport Coordinators in conducting pre-briefs and de-briefs with drivers, ensuring any issues raised are captured and escalated as required.
* Prepare and allocate driver paperwork and store keys, ensuring drivers are fully aware of the requirements for the designated route.
* Comply with all legal and Company policies and procedures regarding health and safety.

**Requirements**

* Excellent administration skills, ideally within a transport department.
* Strong communication skills, including a friendly telephone manner.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
* Good relationship building skills.
