Job Description IT Support Engineer – Newcastle – £30- 35K

An established client of ours in the Technology sector are looking for a 2nd/3rd line support Engineer to join their internal IT department, on a permanent basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible to provide 2nd and 3rd line helpdesk support to clients, assisting them with hardware and software problems via phone, email & remotely.

This is an office-based role in there Newcastle office.

Access, MFA, Azure AD, SharePoint/OneDrive site creation & admin
Data and email migrations to M365 SharePoint/OneDrive
Good communication, telephone and client facing skills.
Willing to work and continually acquire knowledge necessary to perform tasks and projects.

This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and passionate 2nd/3rd line support Engineer to join a successful organisation.
