Role DescriptionnThis is a full-time Regulatory Change Business Analyst role, with the flexibility for remote work.

The successful candidate will work with cross-functional teams to analyse and address the impact of regulatory changes on our clients' technology infrastructure and business operations.

You will be responsible for conducting gap analysis, implementing technology changes, designing and executing testing, and creating reporting and documentation within the project team.

Ultimately, you will play a critical role in ensuring our clients stay compliant with ever-changing regulatory requirements. MUST HAVE - Prior experience working on either Trade or Communication Surveillance controls.


QualificationsnA bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, computer science, or a related field.nAt least 4 years of experience in regulatory compliance, or technology in the financial services industry.nMUST HAVE - Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to surveillance and monitoring for Market Abuse as well as Record keeping rules for financial institutions.nProven analytical skills with experience conducting impact assessments and gap analysis.nStrong business analysis and problem solving skills and experience working in cross-functional teams.nExcellent written and oral communication skills, capable of communicating complex technical ideas clearly and concisely.nExperience with SQL, data analytics, and reporting is highly desirable.
