We're looking for someone who is eager to learn and is numerate, and can pick up new skills quickly, has exceptional attention to detail and enjoys working as part of a team.
The Role:
As an Administration Assistant your duties will include:
- Create reports using excel spreadsheet data.
- Carry out general administration duties, e.g., maintaining records and reports, filing, photocopying, etc.
- Assist with other administration duties as and when required.
Who are we looking for?
- Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work as part of a team as well as autonomously.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service.
- Competent computer skills
- Experience of Outlook packages (Excel, Word, & Power Point)
- Administration: 1 Year (Preferred but not essential)
