Kelly Services are currently working in partnership with the largest publicly traded international oil and gas company, that use technology and innovation to help meet the world's growing energy needs.

They hold an industry-leading inventory of resources andare one of the world's largest integrated refiners, marketers of petroleum products and chemical manufacturers.


The Role

  • Operating crude oil movements, equity sales and 3rd party purchases in the America's, North Sea, Baltic, West Africa, Mediterranean and Black Sea to ensure delivery in a safe and timely manner to EM refinery systems/3rd Party Customers.
  • Being the focal point for the upstream, downstream, Refineries, Terminals, Charterers and Traders regarding these crude voyages
  • Responsible for the logistics related to processing of customer orders
  • Coordinating with sales staff, dispatchers, customer service representatives, warehouse staff and shipping/receiving
  • Answering inquiries from customers and investigating complaints regarding services and policies
  • Input, update and consolidate ETA/shipping data and send to appropriate business units
  • Analysing load information from customers in order to determine and verify the appropriate routes, rates, and schedules
  • Coordinating shipment schedules with vendors

Ideal Person

  • Previous experience in a Senior Logistics/Shipments Coordinator role
  • Attention to detail, strong organisational skills, problem solving
  • Strong communication skills as this position will be the contact point for government officer
  • Familiarity/Proficiency with computer systems.
  • Logical thinking skills for logistics optimisation and improvement to the work process
