We are now looking for an experienced Concierge / Travel Coordinator with ski resort and industry know-how to join our team based in our offices in the UK or Dubai, UAE.

You will be supporting the sales team with delivering the ultimate guest experience for those who have booked their ski holiday through Leo Trippi.


You will be required to fully understand the needs of each client through listening, building rapport and demonstrating competence to ensure customers' needs are met promptly and precisely.


Working closely with the Sales team in undertaking administrative tasks to benefit the smooth running of the client's travel itinerary.


  • Talking to clients about their holiday plans (via email and telephone) and helping them to make decisions by sharing destination knowledge and making recommendations.
  • Maintaining and updating customer data and records on our CRM (Salesforce) and creating itineraries to send to guests prior to travel.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (fluency in French, German or Russian language is preferable but not essential).
  • You will be required to help develop and drive forward the concierge service that we offer. If you do not like organising your day or self-discipline doesn't come naturally, you are not likely to enjoy arranging somebody else's holiday.

There will be pressure for you to uphold this standard of service with every call you make and email you send.
