**Ski Chalet Administrator**
Full-time hybrid - 5 days a week with **at least 2 days at the Leo Trippi offices** near Cirencester, Gloucestershire.

We are now looking for a Chalet Administrator to work with the product and marketing team as we accelerate Leo Trippi to the next level.
**The job in three bullet points**:
- Adding new properties (product) to the website and keeping existing product listings up to date
- Liaising with our property partners to ensure the images, services and pricing are current
- Immersing yourself in the stunning properties we sell to become the go-to person for detailed information on each property

**Some examples of what you will be doing on a daily basis**:
- Adding new chalets to our website via our CMS - creating product pages by writing property descriptions, batch resizing and renaming images using Photoshop and creating detailed image galleries (training provided)
- Helping to keep pricing and availability up to date in our proprietary pricing system
- Liaising with our suppliers to check property details are correct and ensuring we have the most up-to-date images/services
- Helping to expand our portfolio by sourcing and crafting new property listings from our existing suppliers
- Making suggestions for new products that fit with our current portfolio
- Occasional assistance with updating online magazine articles and resort pages with a focus on search engine optimisation (SEO)
- Assisting the concierge team, making sure our restaurant guides/ultimate guides articles are kept up to date. This involves keeping on top of new events and activities at each ski resort.
**Requirements**:
- A passion for skiing and the mountains
- Excellent written English and communication skills
- Good IT skills as will be working with our content management system (CMS)
- Attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Ability to manage time effectively and show initiative
- Some knowledge of SEO helpful but not essential
**How to apply**
Pay: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
