We are now looking for an experienced Concierge / Travel Coordinator with ski resort and industry know-how to join our team based in our offices in the UK or Dubai, UAE.

You will be supporting the sales team with delivering the ultimate guest experience for those who have booked their ski holiday through Leo Trippi.


You will be required to fully understand the needs of each client through listening, building rapport and demonstrating competence to ensure customers' needs are met promptly and precisely.


The job in three bullet points:


Organise and manage all aspects of the guests' experience from airport transfers through to ski lessons and restaurant bookings by working closely with partners and third party in-resort suppliers.nWorking closely with the Sales team in undertaking administrative tasks to benefit the smooth running of the client's travel itinerary.nContribute with enthusiasm to the ongoing development of the business, working individually and collectively to achieve mutual success for our customers and our partners.

Some examples of what you will be doing on a daily basis:


Researching and vetting in-resort suppliers & partnersnTalking to clients about their holiday plans (via email and telephone) and helping them to make decisions by sharing destination knowledge and making recommendations.nMaintaining and updating customer data and records on our CRM (Salesforce) and creating itineraries to send to guests prior to travel.nDeveloping the concierge/pre-arrivals process to make it efficient and accurate for all stakeholders.


Requirements:


Meticulous attention to detail and problem-solving skills as well as the ability to multitask and prioritise.nStrong written and verbal communication skills (fluency in French, German or Russian language is preferable but not essential).nDetailed ski resort knowledge in the Alps (i.

e one or more of the following 3 Valleys, St Moritz, Zermatt, Verbier, Val d'Isere)nAbility to work to tight deadlines and manage your time effectively
