Occupational Therapist Clinical Lead Canterbury, Kent Reference: PK-1559

Occupational Health staffing are looking to recruit an Occupational Therapist Clinical Lead to work in Canterbury, Kent on a full time permanent basis. The role will involve:

  • Provide and Lead in the delivery of professional, specialist assessment and treatment of staff with physical and psychological conditions.
  • Ensuring appropriate pathways of intervention for staff at work and absent from work
  • Provide specialist rehabilitation advice delivering workplace assessments, functional capacity assessments, case management and supporting reasonable adjustments and return to work plans
  • Contribute and lead development and delivery of manager and employee training programmes
  • Be a member of the senior management team and provide leadership, guidance and management of the clinical team

To apply you will need to be an experience Occupational Therapist with proven management experience in Occupational Health. You will need to be able to undertake complex work health assessments
