As the Head of HR for our manufacturing facilities in the UK and Belgium, you will be a vital member of the leadership team, guiding the organisation's HR function to execute on our global priorities of recruiting, on-boarding, and talent development and coaching.

Your responsibilities encompass all functional components of HR, including compensation and benefits, succession planning, talent management, employee relations, HR compliance, talent acquisition, and performance management.

In this pivotal role, you will serve as a strategic and operational HR leader, acting as a key business partner within the organisation.

Your expertise will drive the implementation of HR programmes and policies, aligning them with our business unit's revenue and profit objectives, thereby supporting the attainment of our strategic goals.


To be successful in this role, you will have CIDP Level 7 Chartered Member and prior generalist experience in a manufacturing/operations environment with leadership responsibility.

You may already hold a comparable level of responsibility, or, you may have an upward trajectory in your human resources career that has prepared you well for the next step by assuming a role at this level.


This position requires full-time office attendance and will be based in our Milton Keynes, UK office, with travel to manufacturing sites in Wales and Belgium.


What you'll do:


Execute on the Global HR strategy in your business, ensuring that the organisation's goals are met for the priorities of recruiting, on-boarding and coaching & development.


Collaborate closely with the General Managers, Business Unit Directors and Plant Managers to address all employee-related matters and contribute to the overall business strategy.

Management of HR team.


Ensure HR compliance with international, national, state, and local regulations and laws, creating a safe and equitable workplace for all employees.

European / International HR experience is highly desirable.
