What you'll be doing:


On a typical day you will be designing, shaping or implementing any aspect of our recognition, benefit and wellbeing propositional framework.

This could range from being involved in the deep technical design of a new proposition or enhancing, expanding or improving an existing proposition.

You will research and take a data led approach - creating business cases through to campaign management and launch. You may manage 3rd party relationships and where necessary, seek new opportunities where these support our plans.

You will be passionate about your cause and seek to find as many creative opportunities as possible in communicating to multiple stakeholders the benefits of change.


As you engage with stakeholders, you will confidently demonstrate your research and be able to find compelling methods to influence and engage stakeholders from across the organisation - you focus being to achieve the support required to deliver the outcomes we need.


About you:

As a minimum:

  • You will have strong and creative experience in campaign management, working with a range of stakeholders, internally and externally in order to drive engagement, utilisation and brand awareness
  • You will be highly effective at project management, with a proven record of working to tight deadlines/budgets within a complex environment
  • We need someone who actively understands and evidences, with proven experience, of the link between proposition, employee experience, culture and the delivery of organisational strategy
  • You are a natural at influencing, and being creative with your communication methods
  • Data is important to us you must like it too, and see it as an essential in the way you present cases for change
  • The outside world will always be of interest to you you prioritise knowledge gathering and are well connected within the market place
  • You thrive on change you will be highly skilled, with backed evidence, at challenging current ways of doing things and driving continuous improvement
