FTW Administrator

Monday - Friday between 8am - 5.30pm - Flexible on start and finish times.

Two weeks training to settle into the role

Six months fixed-term contract with an opportunity to go permanent.

The opportunity:

Our Retail department involves a large friendly team which includes different levels of expertise across the department, you will always have opportunities to learn, grow and develop your career.

We offer two full weeks of introduction training to help you fully understand the workings of what we do to ensure our customers have the best results

Main Accountabilities:

• Provide a market leading service experience to our intermediaries & customers, delivering a 'one and done' service wherever possible. Processing of
• Provide administrative support to the underwriters.
• Manage internal relationships with retained and outsourced operational areas to meet customer expectations
• Maintain up to date knowledge of Zurich's product and service propositions
• Demonstrate knowledge of relevant products, procedures, and systems. #

Your skills and experience:

• GCSE/ A' Level or equivalent.
• Financial Services experience preferable but not essential.
• Able to articulate regulatory responsibilities with regards to Zurich policies i.e. Financial Crime, Data protection.
• Ability to work in a team/team player or on own.
• Excellent planning and organisation to respond to varying workloads and pressures
• Desire to progress within company/role.
