We are seeking a passionate individual dedicated to assisting Christians in engaging wisely with their surrounding culture.
About the Role and Company:
If you are a keen observer of culture and possess a solid theological background, we invite you to join our Culture & Discipleship team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in various projects, such as creating resources, conducting training courses, crafting blog series, and conducting research initiatives. Your contributions will be focused on achieving three main goals:
- Catalyze the development of whole-life followers of Jesus – individuals who are fruitful, resilient, and confident in understanding and navigating their cultural environment.
- Identify and cultivate a network of influencers within the younger generations (ages 18–35), empowering them to align their daily pursuits with the teachings of the Bible and share the message of the holistic gospel.
- Inspire and motivate theological educators and Christian establishments to bridge the gap between sacred and secular realms, nurturing Christian leaders who will guide others in holistic discipleship.
In addition to these responsibilities, you will also lead research initiatives at LICC and provide support to various projects through writing, analysis, and coordination. If you possess the acumen and expertise to help Christians in the UK engage with their culture in a manner reflecting Christ's teachings, we are eager to hear from you.
