This job is for someone who has experience with customer service, scheduling a diary, taking payments, dealing with queries and the capability to deal with occasional complaints.
It is essential to be able to manage a list of outstanding jobs and have the ability to make sure all jobs are seen through effectively.
Exceptional customer service is what we aim for.We have a great team in the office and we are looking for an outgoing, confident, forward thinking individual who has a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer calls and provide assistance with inquiries.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and phone etiquette while interacting with customers
- Communicate effectively with customers
- Upsell products and services to customers when appropriate
- Enter customer data accurately into the system
- Managing the engineers diary and scheduling jobs in
Requirements:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Fluent in English
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Strong data entry skills for accurate record keeping
Salary:
From £23,000.00 per year
