Our client, a reputable and established company Newark are seeking a Customer Service Adviser/Production, Quality Control & Dispatch personnel to join their team on a full-time permanent basis.
This role is perfectly suited for someone who thrives off a diverse and dual role.Who has either a current or former background in both customer services and industrial lines of work, as no two days shall be the same.

Your split role within the company shall compile of mornings as their Customer Service Advisor.Within this aspect of the role, you'll be an important and vital part within the business; being the first point of contact, setting the standard of experience that the company pride themselves on delivering from the get go.
Therefore you will accountable for delivering the highest levels of service, providing support and promoting the business.Whereas, when needed come the afternoons you'll be working within the dispatch and production by operating laser printers;, quality checking our orders, and posting out orders through one of our courier partners.
Your main responsibilities shall include but won't be limited to:- Production machine operative
- Quality checking & dispatching
- Ensuring all deadlines are achieved
- Greeting customers
- Ensuring all collection orders are paid
- Completing all department paperwork
- Training in other departments to extend knowledge
- Providing feedback for all processes
- Answering incoming calls
- Taking and processing orders through our database
- Ensuring all documents for internal jobs is correct
- Training in other departments to extend knowledge
- Compiling data for past customers
- Upsell when speaking to customers where possible
- Attend external sales events
- G.C.S.E or equivalent English and Maths, grade c or higher
- Attention to detail
