'Center Parcs' location at Sherwood Forest.
We have a vacancy for different contracts between
- 40 hours; Customer Service Assistant on a permanent contract. We are looking for someone who is
fully flexible, including weekends.
Experience working in a retail environment would be advantageous, as would having experience processing deliveries.
The Main responsibilities of this role are as follows:
- Delivery of Exceptional customer service
- Drive sales and add on products
- Accurately provide customers with detailed information about our products
- Visual Merchandising
- Working on a till processing transactions
- Putting away stock into warehouses in an organised and timely manner
- Replenishment of stock
- Support stock taking (possible Early mornings or Late nights)
- Maintaining cleanliness of the store
- Following Health and Safety standards
- Accurately follow security procedures
- Participate in training and development and attend monthly info sessions
- Excellent work ethic and compliance
- Excellent selling abilities
- Good communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good organisation skills
- Selfmotivated
- Ability to work as a team and as an individual for periods of time
- Flexible and adaptable to change
- Excellent personal hygiene and pride in appearance as you will be customer facing
