Job Description

About the Role:

Our Sales Assistant position offers so much more than serving from behind a till Our, committed individuals share their knowledge and passion with like-minded golfing enthusiasts, as well as supporting beginners with just what they need.

You will be a representative of Pro 18 and a guru of all things golf. Previous experience in a customer service role would be great but a knowledge and passion of golf is essential.

You will be supported by the store team from day one, giving you the skills and knowledge to confidently meet the needs of each individual customer.

Qualifications

About You:

You will...

  • Have an interest in Golf and be enthusiastic about the products we sell
  • Demonstrate a readiness to learn and develop.
  • Be approachable and able to demonstrate strong communication skills that are tailored to customers with varying levels of golfing experience
  • Be a flexible and committed team player, willing to support the store during our busy peak season.
  • Provide a dedicated customer experience
Additional Information

This role has no guaranteed hours of work, hours can therefore vary from week to week, as a result some weeks there may be no hours of work offered .
