As a Digital Trading Assistant at Frasers Group, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and optimising online performance. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Working closely with the Digital Trading Team to develop and execute sales strategies, leveraging data insights to inform decision-making.
- Providing regular reports on digital trade performance, highlighting key trends and areas for improvement.
- Analyzing sales data to identify best-selling products and optimise stock levels, ensuring seamless execution of promotional activities.
- Developing and maintaining product content to ensure a seamless customer experience, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve any issues.
- Supporting the delivery of seasonal promotions and campaigns, aligning with the company's trading calendar.
- Conducting daily site walks and data analysis to drive categorisation and product content improvements, enhancing customer experience.
- Maintaining strong internal relationships, ensuring a deep understanding of seasonal priorities and launches.
- Participating in projects and undertaking additional duties that benefit the company, demonstrating a proactive and collaborative approach.
- Managing key internal and external stakeholders, utilising effective communication and people management skills.
- Contributing to a positive and supportive team culture, representing the Digital Trading Team and embodying the company's values.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Valid working rights for EMEA countries.
- Education to A Level standard or equivalent, preferably in a business or numeric-related subject.
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with multiple teams.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to plan and organise your workload effectively.
- Advanced Excel skills, preferably.

If successful, we anticipate two further interview stages with the Hiring Manager and wider team, which will be more technically focused and may include a presentation or task to assess your skills.
