TM Healthcare Services is a fast growing organisation providing care and support to young people in Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire with a wide range of needs.

We are currently seeking for highly motivated senior support workers to join our friendly team in Derby.


The senior support workers will support young people in supported accommodation accommodation which is located 10 minutes away from Derby City Centre.


In your role as senior support worker, you will be supporting young people within the home and out in the community.

Although we value relevant experience of supporting young people, you do not need to have prior experience if you can demonstrate a 'can-do approach', person-centred values, energy and commitment.

You will have a strong work ethic and duty of care and be able to contribute to a positive team approach.


Support Worker Duties:

  • Provision of hourly OBS
  • Shift work including weekends and bank holidays
  • Carry out key work sessions with young people
  • Developing and sustaining warm and trusting relationships with the young people
  • Prompts with independent living skills

Salary:
£12.00-£13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 39 per week
