Job Title: Children's Senior Support Worker

Medsolve is seeking an experienced Children's Senior Support Worker to join our team in Hoddeston. This is a full-time permanent role with a competitive salary package depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the physical, intellectual, emotional, psychological, and social needs of children are met consistently to a high standard.
  • Implement policies, procedures, and practices regarding safeguarding and child protection.
  • Deliver the Services approach to childcare.
  • Work in partnership with social workers, education, police, health, probation, and other professionals to meet children's needs and interests.
  • Manage a care team, ensuring each carer is aware of each child's care plan and their responsibilities for its implementation.
  • Provide supervisory control and direction in relation to carer duties and responsibilities.
  • Ensure carer's work within the home's policies, procedures, and Quality Standards & Regulations.
Requirements:
  • Experience in childcare and management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in partnership with other professionals.
  • Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection policies and procedures.
