Sense are looking for Relief Support Worker within our Supported Living service located in Havant .

This is a casual role, with flexible hours. We work flexibly across the week so can offer part time/full time and relief/bank contracts.

Sense are offering you a base rate of £11.75 per hour.

You will join our fantastic team here at Havant where you will be supported and able to grow and develop within your role. The team you will join supports a young adult who is Deafblind, the young adult lives in their own supported living home with support provided 24/7.

The work involves varied shifts, from sleep in's, weekends evening and days. We are looking for people who want to have flexibility but are able to offer commitment and shared values in return, a great role for someone looking to get into the care sector

The duties for this role in the Dover Area include:

To support individuals / groups within the home, center and community. To provide a customised, responsive and high quality service to people with multiple sensory impairments, physical and/or learning disabilities who use Sense services. To deliver services which meet or exceed organisational expectations and standards. Full job specification is attached below.
