Our Stafford based administration centre and bespoke test house facility are ideally located in Staffordshire within the heart of the Midlands.

We are currently recruiting for a Quality Administrator/Clerk to join our team.

Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to)

  • Transfer documents from various sources to the management system.
  • You will assist with the management of documentation in accordance with the requirements of the management system.
  • Scan relevant documents, archive and organise in accordance with the management system.
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
  • Perform data entry tasks, including updating and maintaining databases
  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
  • Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning
  • Contribute to other quality department and admin roles.
Previous administration experience of working within a similar role

  • You'll have an analytical mind with strong data entry and document management skills
  • Understanding of business processes
  • Experience of working with document management systems is advantageous
  • High levels of attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills as you will be working as part of a team.
  • Competent IT User
