The Role
We currently have an exciting opportunity within the Property and Facilities department at Helping Hands.


Based at our Alcester office working Monday to Friday pm, the role of a Property & Facilities Administrator will be to provide support to the Property and Facilities Manager assisting with the day to day operations of the department.


We have an ambitious growth target to increase our portfolio of branches across the country and this role is key in supporting business growth.


In this role you will assist with the development and operational set up of the new branches and the ongoing support to our existing branch network, Branch Managers and Heads of Homecare.


Main Responsibilities

  • Review vacant properties that are suitable to our criteria and put them forward for viewing.
  • Arrange property viewings for Branch Managers, Area Managers and Heads of Homecare.
  • Manage the forecasting and payments for each property for rent and service charges.
  • Maintain lease, lease event and address databases.
  • Manage a database of all planned maintenance, including action and due dates and log all completed tasks, ensuring remedial works are undertaken.
  • Manage servicing activity to specialist equipment within branches.
  • Assist with planning and administration of refurbishment programme to both new and existing branches.
  • Monitor and record contractor's invoices to authorise for payment.
  • Manage services to branches and head office such as waste disposal, security, catering and alarm servicing.

Who You Are


The Property & Facilities Administrator will be pro-active and highly organised individual with a proven track record in administration, preferably within a facilities or service environment.

To have great customer service and communication skills and the ability to work in a team. Competence skills including; Word, Outlook and especially Excel along with attention to detail and planning experience.
