We are recruiting an Employee Benefits Administrator to join our Chichester or Bristol Team. This part of the business is responsible for advising corporate clients on all aspects of the insured benefits relating to Group Income Protection, Group Life Assurance and Critical Illness.

What can you expect?

You will work in a busy office environment and will build / maintain administration of a portfolio of clients, supporting Consultants and liaising with Insurers. You will also have the technical knowledge and ability to check others work within the team.

We will count on you to:

  • Deliver superior analytical and consulting support to consulting teams and clients in a timely manner in line with MMB's target operating model
  • To provide technical support to clients and colleagues
  • Adhere to MMB processes and accurate and timely completion and maintenance of MMB's systems to achieve set targets
  • Take ownership of delivery of tasks and proactively manage own workload
  • Communicate and partner with internal/ external stakeholders to achieve best service for client and attend client meetings as require
  • Deal with client and member queries (verbal and written), with support as appropriate in line with service level agreements to ensure timely client delivery
  • Manage client relationships to support retention & growth
  • Champion continuous improvement within your team/location
  • Develop and maintain appropriate technical and market knowledge
  • Quality checking of colleagues work to ensure accuracy

What you need to have:

  • Strong background in Administration within Healthcare or Employee Benefits
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to work on own and as a team player, establishing good rapport with clients and colleagues
  • Excellent time management and planning/organisational skills
  • The ability to work to deadlines
