Part-Time After Care / Maintenance Coordinator

Part Time permanent

21 hours per week, flexible as to the days/hours of work

Office based, not hybrid

An incredible opportunity for a After Care / Maintenance Coordinator to join a great team in Fulham. The purpose of the role is to administer and provide planned preventative maintenance in the form of tailored maintenance contracts to existing clients

Key Responsibilities as a After Care / Maintenance Coordinator:

  • Handle daily diary and job schedule for Handyman
  • Manage and maintain reports from Handyman & Sub-Contractors
  • Send estimates to clients, follow up and book in works
  • Generate breakdown of invoices and works carried out for small reactive works and all maintenance, pass to accounts to raise VAT invoice
  • Submit a Maintenance Checklist to the relevant Contract Manager so he and the Site Manager
  • Communicate with subcontractors regarding maintenance on projects being completed
  • Track annual maintenance contracts
  • Ordering small materials and plant, recording on an Excel spread sheet for accounting purposes
  • Sending out 1st & 2nd retention letters to clients
  • Prepare monthly maintenance predictions
  • Call clients on completion of works/maintenance carried out to ensure customer satisfaction
Background required

  • Administration within Property/Construction (or similar)
  • Used to dealing with repair issues for Tenants
  • Only looking for a part time officebased role
