Job Title: Sessional Care Worker

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Sessional Care Worker to join our team at Hammersmith & Fulham Council. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to children with disabilities and complex needs.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering Short Breaks to children with disabilities and complex needs, ensuring that all aspects of their needs are met both within our centre and within the community. You will work closely with our team to provide a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment for our children to thrive.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality care and support to children with disabilities and complex needs
  • Work collaboratively with our team to provide a safe and supportive environment
  • Develop and maintain relationships with children, families, and other stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities
Requirements:
