In return we ask for:
- Lead service from the front taking guests orders, serving food and drinks, taking payments and giving great service to customers
- Meet all site standards of service & lead the team to do the same leading to a great guest experience.
- Have a good understanding serving coffees, alcohol and wine to both a bar and restaurant environment.
- Opening and closing shifts, including cash ups and end of day sign offs
- Aid in developing & mentoring the Food & Beverage team to deliver great service.
- A willing to continue your development with both inhouse and external training sessions.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, earlies, bank holidays
