Job Description

We are partnering with a UK leading Property Manager on the recruitment of an Energy Manager role to oversee a prestigious mixed-use estate in Central London. This role will be pivotal in ensuring the company's net zero, sustainability and ESG targets are met.

The Role:

  • Provide day-to-day operational support for the Engineering and Property Management teams on site to ensure they are implementing best practices across the estate.
  • Use data to identify potential problems or conflicts in the operational running of the site, develop repair strategies, and advise on possible opportunities to improve spending on energy.
  • Develop, implement and manage energy conservation programmes, ensuring the scheme is operating with optimum energy usage.
  • Prepare regular client reports, meet with the client regularly and assist them with meeting their carbon reduction and ESG targets.
