Energy Transition Manager

About the RoleAs the face of our company, you'll be responsible for leading our diverse and industry-leading field force in delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll collaborate with our Talent Team to build and manage a high-performing team, ensuring they have the skills, support, and equipment needed to excel.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the Talent Team to recruit and develop a high-performing team of engineers.
- Ensure the team has the necessary skills, support, and equipment to deliver quality installations and meet accreditation standards.
- Work closely with Operations Managers to execute business strategy, build the team, and drive strong performance and customer service.
- Partner with the Technical Assurance team to ensure quality installations and meet accreditation standards.
- Proven experience managing engineers in a field-based environment, either onsite or in customer homes.
- Relevant industry experience, ideally in utilities, energy, electrical, renewables, or smart metering.
- Strong networking and collaboration skills, with a focus on quality, safety, and customer experience.
- Excellent people skills, attention to detail, and creative thinking.
