The restaurant itself is a beautiful, uniquely designed space with bespoke tableware & one of the largest wine lists in the country.

This position is hourly paid with a starting wage of £12.54 per hour.

As a Floor Assistant, your duties will include:

  • Responsible for delivery of the food from the kitchen.
  • Cleaning and polishing of the front of house equipment to the correct standard.
  • Cleaning, tidying and maintaining stock levels of the back of house area.
  • Greeting of guests in a professional, efficient & timely manner.
  • To keep up to date with all service standards in the club and to follow company standards of procedures at all times.
  • Performing basic cleaning tasks as needed or directed by a manager.
  • Coordinates well with the waiters, commis waiters, kitchen staff, sommeliers and managers to ensure a smooth service is always delivered.
