U.S.

Embassy London is seeking a Passport & Citizenship Assistant to serve on one of two processing teams within the Passport & Citizenship Unit.

You will be responsible for processing routine passport and citizenship cases received through personal appearance, mail, and the Military Courier System.

You will interview applicants seeking routine passport and citizenship services and process cases to the point of final review.

Professional presentation, courtesy and manner are critical to ensure visitors to the Embassy gain a favorable impression of our operation and receive appropriate assistance.


QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Applicants must address each required qualification listed below with specific and comprehensive information supporting each item. Failure to do so may result in a determination that the applicant is not qualified.

EDUCATION:

4 GCSEs, High School Diploma, or an equivalent academic qualification.

LANGUAGE:

Must be fluent in both written and spoken English (this may be tested).
