It is home to Cocina_,_ a beautiful two-rosette restaurant and relaxed lounge bar, and Barca bar, a high-end cocktail and tapas bar. With a focus on ensuring corporate clients have a warm welcome and all modern comforts, we are a busy conferencing facility during the week.

At weekends we welcome leisure guests who want to explore the local area.

Peak Edge Hotel, a luxury boutique hotel nestled on the edge of Derbyshire's Peak District National Park located 10 minutes' drive from Chesterfield Town Centre.

Shift patterns to include 7am - 3.30pm and 1.30pm to 10pm._

You will have good working knowledge of Microsoft office and have an impeccable telephone manner as well as a professional appearance.


Above all else we require an individual that is passionate about delivering an exceptional level of guest service, our responsibility is to ensure that the guests stay is relaxed, enjoyable and that their expectation is exceeded.


Duties:

  • Oversee all aspects of the front desk with a focus on the guest, their stay and their experience
  • Carry out the check in/out procedure to a 4* standard, along with all guest interaction
  • Answer the busy Hotel phoneline throughout the shift and deal with all incoming enquiries
  • Manage the guest messaging system and act on their request
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure the guest's journey runs smoothly and entices a return visit
