- Receiving incoming calls
- Obtaining and accurately recording order numbers
- Progress chasing job sheets
- Inputting data on to the in house Web based system (no experience needed, full training will be given) with attention to detail
- Allocating jobs to relevant service providers.
- Filing job sheets awaiting order numbers by relevant service providers
- Deal with any queries or issues
- Perform general adhoc clerical and admin duties
We are looking for someone with great communication skills who has the ability to deal with people at all levels.
