We are looking for an experienced Accounts Administrator/Bookkeeper, proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and accounting software, who has experience interacting with a variety of people and resolving problems.

Preferably with experience of working in a care home environment, however, individuals with a strong administrative/bookkeeping background without experience will be considered.


What is required:

  • Posting to accounting software
  • Process and send sales invoices
  • Management of sales ledger and purchase ledgers
  • Managing debtors & creditors within payment terms
  • Managing client payments
  • Assist with bank reconciliations
  • Administration filing and maintenance of files relating to banking, invoices, suppliers, etc.
  • Disclosure checks are required for this role.

Salary:
£12.00-£12.50 per hour
