    Role:nReporting to the Head of Paraplanning and based in the company's Stafford office, as the Client Services Associate you will be primarily responsible for providing support to a high performing team of financial advisors and in conjunction with the paraplanners on various administrative tasks and delivering a professional, compliant service to the firms clients.
nIn the job you'll be tasked with the following:
nUtilising client data for illustrationsnProcessing new businessnPreparing letters of authority for client policy informationnAnswering calls and dealing with clients and third-party queriesnEnsuring that business is conducted in a responsible, compliant, and timely manner, meeting all internal and external legislative requirementsnManaging task list and prioritising workload within deadlines

  • The Candidate:nThe ideal candidate for this Client Services Associate role will have relevant experience of the financial services industry.
You'll also need experience of investment platforms and office administration.

nIn addition, you'll need the following:
nExcellent written and verbal skillsnGood communication and interpersonal skillsnExcellent attention to detail

The ideal person for the role will be the following:nAble to work on your own initiativenDiligent and have an eye for detailnArticulate and able to communicate on all levels
