This well-established organization based in Nottingham is searching for an experienced professional with a background in Recruitment & talent acquisition.
Initially hired on a 4-month temporary basis, the main duties will involve:
- To provide assistance with all recruitment and talent acquisition tasks throughout the organization, encompassing strategic resourcing, employability programs, and retention and incentive schemes.
To actively engage in attracting, sourcing, and hiring for a variety of senior and difficult-to-fill positions using various innovative methods and tools to secure suitable candidates.
Additionally, to contribute to and execute various company-wide talent acquisition and resourcing initiatives. Proficiency in networking, influence, and negotiation is essential.
