The Perinatal Mental Health Service provides specialist care across the five SWLSTG boroughs and has strong working relationships with external agencies across these boroughs including midwives, health visitors, GPs and third sector organisations.
The service has recently been accredited by the Royal College of Psychiatrists Perinatal Quality Network which is a reflection of the high quality functioning of the service and the level of care we provide.
The service is currently going through an exciting period of expansion and growth in line with the NHS Long Term Plan.
We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate mental health practitioner with significant experience in mental health care and leadership to join our specialist perinatal mental health service as a part-time team manager.
The post-holder will join a highly specialist multi-disciplinary team comprised of medics, nurses, occupational therapists, nursery nurses, social workers, psychologists, psychotherapists, peer-support workers and administrators.
The post-holder will work closely alongside an existing full-time Band 7 Team Manager to jointly manage the service and will join a dynamic and multi-disciplinary leadership team.
Applicants will need to have a genuine interest in working with women, birthing people and their families in the perinatal period.

Training & Qualifications
oEvidence of continuing professional and personal development
