We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior SHE Advisor to join our team at Executive Network Group. As a key member of our SHE Team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental practices across our manufacturing sites.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective SHE strategies to minimize risks and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to promote a positive and constructive SHE culture throughout the organization.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance SHE standards and practices.
- Proven experience in fast-paced manufacturing environments, preferably with food manufacturing experience.
- NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent, with a strong understanding of SHE legislation and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- A competitive salary of £60,000 - £65,000 per annum, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
