Job Title: SHE Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SHE Manager to oversee Health, Safety, and Environment legal requirements, policies, standards, and procedures for a busy multi-site food manufacturing site. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering SHE improvements and managing the SHE function at a manufacturing site.

Key Responsibilities:

* Ensure SHE legislation requirements are implemented and followed across the multi-site business
* Develop and maintain corporate and legal compliance with SHE standards and procedures
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate SHE risks
* Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with SHE policies and procedures
* Develop and implement training programs to enhance SHE awareness and knowledge

Requirements:

* NEBOSH General certificate with aspirations to achieve or on course to achieve NEBOSH LEVEL 6 Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health
* Proven track record of delivering SHE improvements and managing the SHE function at a manufacturing site
* Advanced Food Hygiene Certificate and a good understanding of GMP/hygiene standards
* Experience as a SHE Manager from a FMCG manufacturing, food manufacturing, or logistics business
