Job Overview:

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain employee information and records in line with GDPR guidelines.
  • Ensure paperwork is processed in a timely manner for payroll processing and HR system is updated.
  • Communicate effectively with employees regarding HRrelated enquiries and information.
  • Manage onboarding and induction process.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR Manager as needed such as letter generation.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in data entry or administrative roles is preferred.
  • Knowledge of HR processes and procedures is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling sensitive employee information.
