We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven Operations Coordinator to manage our Air Export Operations from start to finish in a 4on4off shift pattern. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is familiar with the intricacies of air freight logistics, including customs procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate all aspects of air export shipments, ensuring timely and accurate movement of freight and information. Liaise with clients, carriers, and third-party agents to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. Prepare, handle, and process documentation – including but not limited to bills of lading, shipping instructions, and hazardous materials documentation in accordance with regulations. Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies regarding export processes. Perform accurate customs clearance procedures; understand and adhere to specific country regulations and requirements. Proactively track and trace shipments, communicate status updates to clients and internal stakeholders, and resolve any issues that may arise during transit. Handle invoicing, billing, and other administrative tasks associated with export shipments. Work collaboratively with sales and customer service teams to ensure alignment on customer requirements and service execution. Provide exceptional customer service, including timely responses to inquiries and problem resolution. Continuously look for ways to improve operational efficiencies within the export process.

Requirements:

Proven experience in freight forwarding or a similar logistics role, with a specific focus on air export operations. Solid understanding of customs regulations and procedures. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in freight management systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. A flexible approach to work and the ability to adapt to changing business needs.
