To play an integral part in the day to day operation of the CSSD department, by delivering an efficient and flexible service, to safely decontaminate, inspect, package and autoclave medical instrument sets to provide sterile equipment for the end user, ensuring that on a day to day basis, the service meets operational targets whilst working to the highest possible standard prevent the spread of infection.
