I am currently working with an experienced and passionate company who are looking for a compassionate and friendly children's Residential Team Leader for their home in
Northampton (NN2)
As a Team Leader, you will be making a vital difference to the lives of children & young people in a

2x
bedded EBD
specialist home

The role includes:

  • Organising and accompanying the young people on social activities and appointments
  • Building relationships with young people
  • Recording the young person's activity & reporting key aspects of their care
  • Promoting the young person's independence and developing their life skills

Experience:

Residential Childcare: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Level 3 or 4 diploma in Residential Care (preferred)
  • Manual driving License (preferred)
