Admin tasks

Tasks are below but not limited to:
Updating staff absence etc on the rota as required

Elms receipt audit via Teams

Supporting staff cash audit actions Ligthouse and Elms as required

Petty cash templates - editing, formatting etc as required.

Supporting staff with petty cash checks/issues as required


LH rota and entry sign discrepancies (checking the rota against clocking in/out times) discussing and resolving these with managers, informing HR if required.

General scanning for the Elms

Meeting prep, checking over weekly NCA, highlighting any issues to be discussed.

Completing weekly NCA's as required

Updating agency trackers when required, checking DBS' and profiles.

Contacting Nybble/Osbourne Technologies regarding any arising technical issues

Updating/creating Nourish interactions as required due to changing needs

Keeping up to date with YP and SAS warnings on Nourish - Elms

Creating templates/spreadsheets as required

Activities /chats with YP as required.

Supporting with shopping lists/cleaning/SAS as required

Supporting with staff fire competencies

Supporting staff with weekly fire checks

Updating probation period appraisal trackers - new starters

Supporting with completion of inductions

Supporting with administration tasks within the patient reviews

Updating patient information with GP/relevant persons as required.

Booking meetings and sending calendar invites, completing outcomes/actions

Sorting and distributing post

Adding appointments/visits/meetings to the diary

Salary:
From £24,024.00 per year

Education:

  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

  • Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
