  • Manage the entire finance system migration project, from planning to closure.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets aligned with business needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, IT, vendors) to define project scope and deliverables.
  • Coordinate migration activities (data, testing, user training) for a smooth transition.
  • Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to keep the project on track.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Evaluate project outcomes and implement improvements for future projects.
About You
  • Proven experience as an IT Project Manager (finance system migrations a plus).
  • Strong project management skills (planning, budgeting, on-time delivery).
  • Knowledge of finance systems, ERP platforms, and system migrations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Exchange) with migration experience.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) is a benefit.
