We are looking for an exceptional Program Manager to join a groundbreaking team focused on developing cutting-edge products and services for Amazon's current and future delivery initiatives. In this role, you will oversee significant operational processes in our European 3P operations, particularly in the heavy-bulky (HB) segment of the GTS 3P network.

The ideal candidate must excel in driving operational projects in a challenging and sometimes vague work environment while collaborating with various functional teams and individuals at all levels. Your responsibilities will encompass a mix of operational projects and short-term tactical tasks.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering an in-depth analytics capability to analyze our processes, operations, and technical systems diligently to inform our program and operational decisions
  • Collaborating with carrier operations stakeholders to assess and facilitate business decisions in uncertain circumstances
  • Creating program mechanisms to streamline processes, enhance communication, mitigate risks, and gather input from diverse stakeholders worldwide
  • Establishing regular program updates, including timelines, status reports, and performance evaluations
  • Cultivating and managing relationships with crucial internal and external stakeholders across various businesses

This position offers some flexibility in terms of location and could be based in Germany or Luxembourg, with London being one of the potential work locations.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams
  • Track record of defining program requirements and leveraging data and metrics for enhancements
  • Background in program or project management
  • Demonstrated expertise in implementing repeatable processes, automation, or standardization
  • Proven experience in defining and executing program requirements
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience in end-to-end delivery management and communicating outcomes to senior leadership
  • Proficiency in leading process enhancements
  • Expertise in stakeholder management, engaging with multiple stakeholders at different organizational levels
  • Skills in building processes, project management, and schedules
